It's basically the stuff that metalphoto is using. Anodized aluminum 
panels that are pre-sensitized with a photo emulsion - but this product 
is available to the DIY consumer I believe and the process is easy.

Transfer your image to the panel with marks for hole centers and you 
should have some good accuracy.

What was your problem with metalphoto by the way?
