[sdiy] Delay ranges

The powers of 2 work well for the range selection as it is very easy to implement by just masking off 
bits on the address bus. Although there is merit in having x2,3,4,6,8,12,16 etc or a straight multiple 
x1,2,3,4,5,6,7 etc.
