[sdiy] trade war component costs

Taiwan is a separate customs territory to the PRC. Many Taiwanese 
manufacturers do have factories in the PRC but some may be located in special 
free trade zones. How that is covered by US duties is unclear but I presume is 
based on country of origin of the parts.
