[sdiy] trade war component costs

If it all goes through I'm assuming there will be something like a 25%
price increase on Chinese made products at mouser/digikey, This is probably
good news for large non-US based online suppliers like Element 14 etc. I'm
based in Australia but do seem to buy from the 'big two' quite a bit.
