No, that particular campaign has ‘flexible funding’ which basically means that any pledges go to the project’s creator even when the goal is not met. And as it’s a pledge, not a sale, there is not much chance of getting your money back.

In general, IndieGoGo + flexible funding = No go. It’s where the dodgy projects live.
