[sdiy] OT: battery checker

My Radio Shack Multimeter has this function, though I find it redundant
since you can just check the voltage. AAA, AA, A, B, C, D and Button
batteries should all measure 1.5v, and the square 9V battery, 9V of course.
Any common cheap Digital Multimeter will do.
