[sdiy] free AS3320, AS3340, AS3310 and AS3360 samples

Well, some DIYers are slower than others. 

In 1983 I bought a bunch of SSM chips for a polysynth. It hasn't been
done fully back then, and it's not even close to completion today.

Um, should be operable any decade now...
