[sdiy] free AS3320, AS3340, AS3310 and AS3360 samples

Not doing a poly but a Multi OSC module 3340 based nearly ready ;)  ...
followed by a second dual osc, and i then jump to filters and EG/VCA ( well
- i am still a bit undecided on this one, I would love to do a quadraphonic
mixer with added features... not sure i can achieve it yet  )

I'll show my panel design when I can share it.
