[sdiy] free AS3320, AS3340, AS3310 and AS3360 samples

In the last couple of years I've wanted to design and make my own
modules for a modular system and/or monosynth out of "discrete" parts
(op-amps, comparators, transistors for expo converters, etc), but with
these chips coming back I'm leaning toward a polysynth. I can see
where the AS3310 VCADSR would really make it easy to do envelopes vs.
programming the microcontroller to do them in real time, though I
might want to do that too. Either way I'd still use lots of these VCO,
VCF and VCA chips. :)
