Well, lets see.  Its all low voltage i.e. below 42.4 volts so UL is not 
a concern .. except for the cases. That is one reason I don't make 
cases. If we all had to do EMC testing, the industry would be instantly 
dead. As for power specs, what else is needed beyond what Doepfer put in 
his specifications? Admittedly there was an issue early on with under 
powered cases, but I think that has been pretty much solved. ESD testing 
would also be a killer given how open the modules are.
