I'd only use them for prototypes or personal projects to be honest.
PCB quality is not top notch but for the price ok.
I never managed to desolder a few components from their PCBs without
lifting pads, something that never happened to me with PCBs from PCB
Cart for example (even with multiple desolderings of the same
component). And that was with THT PCBs. When soldering LQFP I had to be
careful not to lift pads just by drag soldering. Nothing that couldn't
be solved with a bit of wire though.
Don't get me wrong, great PCBs for prototyping and I use them all the
time since they are cheap and fast, but I would not want to have those
PCBs in a commercial project.
