[sdiy] Juno-106 replacement filters

Just to answer your question. They seem to fit perfect. No difference 
hearable (at least for my ears...). I used them as replacement in two 
106es and one MKS-30. I have never bought them from Jeroen myself - 
always the customers had organized them, and asked me to do the 
soldering job.
