[sdiy] Those AS33xx chips again...

I know they are delicate and have right tools and skills. It was perfectly OK. OTOH it didn't survive desoldering as I was too lazy to change proper tips in hot tweezers or use flux (you know I'm lazy from email sending habit nitpicking). Today I did very short (less than 2h) test with C0G in place and estimated tempco dropped to somewhere between 300 and 500ppm. Next one to go is the trimmer, but it will take some time. I'll probably do it together with V/oct conformance test sometime in December. And you all are probably bored to death with this thread anyway. These caps are made to be reflow soldered but can be hand soldered with the right tools and skills. They are very delicate and can be easily melted when soldering by hand. Currently there is Panasonic ECH-U which is PPS film. ______________________________ Synth-diy mailing list Synth-diy at synth-diy.org synth-diy.org synth-diy.org
