[sdiy] Test message

In the Gmail app for Android there is a setting called something like
"Standard action for reply" that I have set to "Reply All" instead of
"Reply", changing the button at the top of the SDIY emails.

Might be available in other clients too. The list mechanism was a bit
frustrating before I found out.
