You can always use "Reply All". Thunderbird also has Reply To
List. Neither is quite as convenient as Cmd-R (in T-bird on a
Mac, YMMV) but is effective.

If I forget to do Reply All or Reply To List (as I just did)
I simply edit the To header. ;)
