[sdiy] Cool Audio V411

Heya!

Anyone successfully using the V4111 switch IC?

The datasheet reads like a nice inexpensive alternative to a dg444, however
the ones I have start to cook on power up. If I drop in dg444's everything
is smooth.

running these on +/-12v with 5v logic.
