[sdiy] ID these 80's SIL connectors?

I think these are pretty common in 80's Japanese machines. These two 
photos are from a Kawai beast.  I want to make a replacement cable so I 
don't need the PCB part.  The unit is at home but I found these photos 
on my work PC.

Thanks for any tips. I probably could use a standard non-polarized 
modern part, but I would like to see if the original is still available 
first.  Just the female/crimp/cable part.
