I don't know of any hardware synths that support OSC, but in the MAX/MSP,
experimental software sounds area, it's used quite a bit.

There are more.
The Ableton Link is also an interesting technology. As far as i
understand it currently, it only is a synchronization method, not a "note
information" or "performance information" tool..
