[sdiy] New MIDI (was free AS3320, AS3340, AS3310 and AS3360 samples)

I know many potential synth users that just can't grasp MIDI and do not
know how to set up connections reliably. Combine that with a strong desire
for faster MIDI and proper polyphonic control dimensions and you have a
fair bit of market share to look at (at least, that's my judgement).

Perhaps this could only be pulled of as an open-source project, avoiding
getting stuck between commercial interests alltogether?
