[sdiy] Casio CZ-1 backlight replacement

As I mentioned to Terry, I documented this for a CZ-101, and points to note are finding a new one that is not too deep/thick, and watching the orientation of the connector. To get one thin enough, I had to make do with the connector being on the opposite edge to the stock one, and so had to modify the mounting frame to accomodate this.
