Definitely! In Paul's first video he went over an RC filter with TINA:

Start looking around the 9 minute mark, he'll actually type a value into
the cursor box and the plot viewer will snap to wherever the value is on
the curve. In his case, he just typed in -3dB and it snapped to the -3dB
point of the curve.
