AS Richie mentioned, these are plastic and melt easily. You can hand solder these but you need to know what you're doing. I wouldn't recommend hand soldering these if you are a novice solder-er. Read the data sheet first and understand what they say about soldering.

They're also quite easy to melt when soldering SMDs, compared to multi-layer ceramics, so be careful with how much heat you apply!
