group move allows you to move parts between sheets, at least since eagle 5

eagles save format is XML as of 6, so it is "human readable" too, very
easy to parse, i recall people talking about parsing eagles lbr's into
kicad a few years ago

also now with sites like
https://www.snapeda.com/parts/0475710001/Molex/view-part/ being
useable inside eagle, parts and libraries are a lot better than it
was.
