I have begun reading PDFs about Audio Weaver and on the first pages of "getting started
1.0" there is stuff about beginning with a MATLAB script. I have never been able to
understand the programming paradigm of MATLAB (I tried to use Octave). How dependent is
AW on MATLAB? Is there a way to completely bypass it?
I am a very solid C programmer (also many assembly languages). The only Octave stuff
I've been able to use are pre-written scripts I've found (for MATLAB) to calculate
filter stuff, but I've never been able to (for example) write my own script that
simulates or emulates some real audio process and get a resulting audio file to listen to.
Am I in too deep with AW?
