[sdiy] hz/v -convert to 1v/oct

Can't recall any other using Hz/V. Too bad it's considered as dying 
standard. It's not dead for me though. One of those projects to do 
someday...

Search for "log amplifier" and you'll find thousands of examples how to 
convert Hz/V to V/oct.
