Alas, I have not found a leader yet. Well, I knew someone for a few 
years who was my direct superior, who could be that, but  he was fired, 
like anyone very competent and right for the position only as a matter 
of time (if not leaving first), because somebody like it is a threat to 
the boss, who fancies himself as a self-made man but is p1ss-poorly 
educated (although thinks he knows it all because of reading high-level 
articles on tech subjects and is therefore qualified to make micro 
managing decisions down to the choice of an electronic component) and 
only has a company because he can dupe the owner of a big company into 
pumping money into his little one, allowing him to drive a super 
expensive car not seen with any owners of businesses of that size I've 
ever seen.
(yeah, I know I should leave the place ;) )
