Hi,

What serial number is this MiniMoog?

What version of VCO-board does it have?

Is it know to detune with temprature/time?

As always, check the power to see how good the capacitors is, it might 
need new caps in the PSU.

PS. Can we please call it MiniMoog rather than "Model D"?
