[sdiy] Model D service

Hey SDIY geniuses!  Sorry if you´re getting this twice (if you´re in the AH
list as well)

I was just hired to service a Model D. Just need cleaning of key contacts,
pots and switches, tuning and callibration.
I´ve never done this, so I figured I´d ask you experienced folk to just
tell me anything you think I should know before I open it up :)
