This is simply the best option out there for learning DSP at the moment, in my opinion. Not only does it have one of the most interesting software stacks for a Patching->Building->Running DSP workflow out there (the nice Java UI generates C modules that get compiled and installed on the board for performance), its also a damn fine bit of hardware for the price.

Can't recommend the Axoloti enough for those who are getting into DSP. You will have a lot of fun with it out of the box, using the factory patches, and you can create your own modular system as well as dig deeper and add your own modules too.

Axoloti is simply the best DSP bang for the buck you can find. $60 gets you a very complete, and powerful system. I urge anyone wanting to get into DSP to check it out .. truly a wonderful product.

(I'm just a happy customer, who has been watching this scene for decades...)
