[sdiy] Where to get capacitor and resistor kits?

Hi guys,
I'm looking for an SMD capacitor kit / sampler and a resistor one too.
I'm also looking for through-hole resistors. I hope to get the
capacitors at least in C0G quality and the resistor at least as 1%.
Does anyone know where to get such a kit? Seeed used to have ones like
that, but they've been discontinued:
