Hi guys,
I've made a survey of ESD storage solutions on Alibaba. I've focused
on drawers and pill boxes. There are both modular drawers (where you
get single-drawer modules that link up) as well as full cabinets. Pill
boxes are modular only. You can find a somewhat complete spreadsheet

The items are very cheap - seemingly cheaper even than non-ESD drawer
racks you can get in Europe or in the US.
