If they are really in the divider (Flipflop) there should be no
difference at all, as a squarewave is a squarewave ;-) In other circuits
(filter, VCA or similar) there could be a difference.

I think that there would be no audible difference even if you change the
dividers by integrated dividers (CD4024 or so), as long as the signals
remain at the same level. But who wants ICs in an antique organ... ;-)
