Hi Bernie and everyone,
I ordered, and received, the everything package. It effectively took 2
weeks to arrive at the pickup place, which is quick and smooth enough in
my book, considering that it needs to go from upper NY to Sweden.
It's a lovely set.
Now, the point is, it truely is available just as Bernie says.
PS. Sorry Bernie for not had the time to write a message to let you it
arrived safely, but it did, I've just been continent hopping and working
crazy sinze.
Cheers,
Magnus
