I think having the material in electronic format (not mean for public
delivery) the printing of a paper copy would become much cheaper. Mr.
Hutchins could then send the material electronically (as PDF, Word
document etc, password protected) for printing to Europe and someone
else (book label) could handle the selling and accounting of the
books, booklets. It is not as expensive anymore as it used to be, and
some printing houses let you order single copies of books.
