Sounds like pretty much straight up copyright infringement there. It
sounds like the infringer is young and keen and doesn't realise that a
resource provided for free can still be copyrighted and what they are
doing is illegal. Google probably doesn't help here since they
basically infringe everyones copyright to cache previews of images
etc.
