Tom,
I have had a partial set of Bernie's work for years and have great
respect for it.
A simple and practical alternative was offered, allowing Bernie to
retain all the value currently received from his work while reducing the
cost of printing and delivery to his customers (unless he also owns a
high-volume copier). It would expand the potential market to those with
fewer resources and less funding. Sound like good business, but
ultimately his decision to make.
