Bernie,

   I understand your comments and totally respect your right to 
ownership.
Have you ever considered selling electronotes as an ebook on something 
like amazon?
I'd love to own a copy, but there is no way I can afford $373, but an 
ebook for $50 is something I would buy. It's also better for the 
environment :)
