Any 8 channel audio interface will do, but some may not handle modular
levels well, so you need to attenuate them. You can attenuate directly at
your VCAs or anywhere in your path, or make yourself a panel with 8 passive
attenuators. It's the easiest DIY job in existence, basically 8 pots and 16
jacks wired as variable voltage dividers, like this:
