My experience is different. I got about 4 bugs acknowledged and fixed in
Eagle, and helped another user repeat their bug so it could be fixed.

Altium is now my weapon of choice (although it was thrust upon me because
of work). Not had to raise any bugs - although I did submit a few crash
reports.
