You're missing the point, though.  The thing is, you *can* work to
change it.  File bugs or feature requests.  Get involved with the
community and talk to the people who *do* develop it.

Contrast this with (for example) Eagle, where if you approach them with
a bug report or feature request you will be told "Fuck you, we've
already got your money".
