I'd stay away from X7R even for bypassing in audio circuits unless you know 
exactly what you're doing and where it's used.  That X7R dielectric sure is 
funky and has all sorts of interesting behaviour that can make problems if it 
turns up in unexpected places.  All high-k dielectrics (X, Y and Z 
designation) are also piezoelectric to various degrees and hence microphonic, 
which can lead to some hilarious wild goose chases (they're hilarious if 
you're watching and not so much if you do the chasing).
