[sdiy] Through-Hole MLCC capacitors

Thanks, Guys!  (Especially Brian for such detailed linkage.)  I'm going to
try harder to find what I want.  I'm working on a Phase Displacement Network
circuit, so I need a variety of caps, and I like having a nice range of
values of things like this.  The idea that I can put together my own kit at
Mouser is very tempting.
