Hi, Dave.
I don't think there's any reason to buy the entire range as you have
listed; you are going to use way more 0.1uF than 470pF, for example.
You'll run out of the values you really need and have a bunch of stuff
you may never use.  Also, when you get to 1uF, you're probably better
off with either electrolytic (instead of X7R) or film (instead of C0G)
caps.  Just buy what values you need when you need them, and buy
extras to get the bulk discount and start up your supplies.
Generally, I get my caps from Mouser, but right now Jameco has great
deals on AVX ceramic caps, including 0.1uF X7R, which is far and away
my most commonly used value of ceramic cap:
