[sdiy] Aphex Twin, Korg and 31.250 kHz

Doesn't the Korg ElecTribe S (ES1) use the same sample frequency?
Think its mostly a pay off between audio bandwidth and the processor power
available.
A lower sample frequency means you can do more with a cheaper CPU.
