That can only be approximated of course, but we can use
the Xiangjiaba-Shanghai UHVDC transmission link as a voltage source for the
last fraction of a degree. It offers +/- 800 kV bipolar DC voltage. Would
be a "tan" pot in a dual sense: your skin would get tanned from the UV
light from the corona discharges, assuming you don't get zapped first.
