Nope. [Free] software exists to strip the protection features from PDFs,
which would remove all such traces of that kind. Anyone that can view the
doc can remove the protections if they know how.

I guess you could subtly add other identification points to each copy of
the document itself, like colour printers encoding their identity on each
page with subtle yellow dots. But anyone who got their hands on more than
one copy of the PDF could fairly easily identify and remove those also.
