[sdiy] PDF content sales

I still have my original copy of Electronic Music Circuits that I 
purchased in 1983 at a Heathkit store. It is being held together in a 
three ring binder as the original paperback binding has disintegrated.

I'll definitely buy the eBook edition when it comes out.
