I think the "secure" ship has sailed! Encrypting copies when there's
already a PDF freely circulating is a bit futile. IMO, Barry, just publish
it and don't worry about piracy. If only the pirate copy is available
nobody will ever pay unless they want a physical copy. If the e-book is
available, at least the law abiding people who want to contribute can do so.
