[sdiy] Crumar bit one EPROM .bin anyone

Hi Maarten, I indeed read somewhere that sending CC 124 would switch omni
off but haven't tried that.
Still annoying that this makes it ends up on CH1, so I'll probably solve it
by making a midi filter with settable midi channel.

Hi Luc,

I thought these parameters where only listed on the bit-1 and bit-99. 
You can send omni off over midi and I will respond only to channel one.
