Certainly, the disadvantage of this second order all pass filter is that 
it is expensive.
However, it is a unique problem of this circuit using Twin T.
Besides, there is a circuit that uses half of the number of opto devices 
used.
Please try by all means.
I am considering a demo using musical tones.
However, it will take some time, as the next project is in progress.
Once completed, we will announce it here.
